The deep state must be cut back. All departments including defense/war. The empire needs to be cut back. Return to federalism and truly local and limited govt. hoping for an end to the military industrial complex. An end to the higher education/govt industrial complex too.
Sorry, not optimistic. This is a game of left vs right playing out. Make a big scene for a few days, and after its settled both sides continue on kicking the can down the road by putting their pet spending projects into other bills. Both sides cannot cease spending our monies. We need more Dr No's. Our nation is heading towards a total epic disaster where we will loose our sovereignty to the globalist CBDC elite Pharoahs who will purchase us with many strings attached—total surveillance, total monetary control, total social control.
It's tiresome and disgusting but this is Exactly what democrats want. Instead of selling the American dream to our Young they are brainwashing them to be LAZY and rely on the government. Each and every year the Government controls a little more of everyone's lives. If you think socialism works, you just need to look at the citizens of socialist countries where the leaders are wealthy and the citizens are begging in the streets for whatever they can get. This isn't what our founder father's fought so hard for. They are rolling over in their graves.
Also, all federal employees will get all their back pay, so this shut down will just be free vacation for them.
